What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation if you give one, what your enquiry is about and your message. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in the email. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to deal with any media or partnership request you make. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us. Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by our team. If it is about media coverage or a partnership, we share it with Relations Group Ltd, the UK PR agency that delivers Small Business Advice Week’s media work, so they can respond. Our website host (Hostinger), our network and security provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Arab Emirates. Where it leaves the UK, we take steps to keep it protected to the same standard.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your request.
